Calf Encounter
Ever fancied a cuddle with some of the youngest (and cutest!) members of the Monk Park Farm family?
Join us for a Calf Encounter Session and enjoy some special hands-on time with our gorgeous Jersey calves.
During this gentle, supervised session, you’ll head in to meet the calves, where you can stroke, brush and cuddle them, watch them explore and get to know their individual personalities. You might even get a little nuzzle in return!
It’s a lovely opportunity for animal lovers to get closer to our youngest farm residents and add an extra-special memory to their day at Monk Park Farm.

Important Information

£6.50 per person

Suitable for guests over 5 years old

All children must be accompanied by a paying adult

Everyone taking part, including accompanying adults, requires their own Calf Encounter ticket

Sessions are subject to animal welfare requirements and may occasionally need to be adapted depending on the needs of our calves on the day

Closed-toe footwear must be worn, such as trainers, walking shoes or wellies. No sandals, flip-flops or Crocs.
Farm Admission
A Calf Encounter is an optional add-on and does not include farm admission.
A valid farm admission ticket is required for every guest taking part. You will not be able to enter the farm or attend your Calf Encounter Session without a valid farm admission ticket for the same day.
Accessibility
If anyone in your group has accessibility requirements, additional needs or mobility considerations, please contact us before booking so we can discuss the session and make any reasonable adjustments where possible.
As this is a working farm environment, some areas may include uneven ground, gates and bedding which can affect accessibility.
